RW Golden LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing our customers with a reliable and efficient shipping experience for all ceremonial-grade matcha orders placed through our website. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both domestically and internationally.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. International Shipping

RW Golden LLC proudly ships matcha worldwide, with a few exceptions due to legal, logistical, or customs restrictions (see below).

International Shipping Options

Carrier: USPS International, DHL Express, or UPS International

Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Rates: Calculated in real-time during checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).

Recipients are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.

RW Golden LLC is not responsible for any delays or holds caused by customs authorities.

4. Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to shipping restrictions, trade laws, or logistical barriers, we do not currently ship to the following countries:

If your country is listed above, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified with a full refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on www.rwgolden.com or using the tracking number on the courier’s website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • First, check with neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@rwgolden.com.

RW Golden LLC is not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by the carrier.

7. Shipping Modifications & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. RW Golden LLC is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping details after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@rwgolden.com.
