How To Make Frozen Matcha Popsicles

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Prep, 2 Hours Chill
Serving Size: 8 Small-Medium Popsicles

Ingredients

3 cups Greek Yogurt
3 tbsps Honey
2g of RW Golden Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Optional: 1-2 tbsp(s) of Maple syrup (*add this as an additional sweetener)

Directions

Step 1

Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla (maple syrup too if used) into a bowl. Once mixed, add the matcha powder evenly across the top and mix again throughly.

Step 2

Using a spoon, fill popsicle molds with mixture. Place a popsicle stick, or the provided handle, into the center of each popsicle. Immediately place the mold into the freezer.

Step 3

Freeze for 2-4 hours, or until completely frozen.

Step 4

Enjoy your Frozen Matcha Popsicles!
