How To Make A Classic Matcha Tea

Serving Size: 1 Cup
Ingredients
•1.5g RW Golden Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
•2 oz Hot Water (160ºF)
•6 oz cups of Hot Water/ Steamed Milk (Oat, Almond, Coconut)
•1-2 tbsp Pure Honey or Maple Syrup (based on preferred sweetness level)

Directions
Step 1
Using a frother, mix the RW Golden matcha powder with the 2 oz of 160ºF water until all clumps are gone.
Step 2
Add the 6 oz of hot water or steamed milk to your drinking cup
Step 3
Add the honey/maple syrup to your drinking glass as well. Let it settle to the bottom.
Step 4
Take the matcha mixture and pour it over the top of the drinking glass.
Step 5
Using a spoon, stir the cup gently while making sure the spoon is pulled up while stirring. Bring the spoon back down to the bottom and pull it up again. Repeat until mixed. Pulling up will allow the honey/ maple syrup to mix in with the entire drink.
